In-House Weather Cancellation Decision and Notification:
In the event of bad weather, the decision to cancel games and the method of communication are as follows:
1) If games are cancelled before 4:30 pm, the weather hotline at 952-233-9502 will list games cancelled and SGSA website will list games as cancelled.
2) Should weather change after 4:30 pm and result in conditions not suitable for softball the COACHES for the teams will jointly make the decision to cancel the game. Coaches should inform their players.
