Coaching Certification Requirements

• Once you are done with the compliance tasks you can upload them in your dashboard at https://mnsoftball.com/pages/dashboard
• Certificates expire on 8/31/2025.
• Concussion certificates three years from completion of the training.

ACE Coaching Certification

Head coaches are required to pass ACE Coaching Certification.

The cost is $36 per coach. Your background check is bundled into this cost.

Background Checks

All parents that are on the field or in the dugout need to get background checked.

The cost is $18 per coach.

SafeSport

All parents that are on the field or in the dugout need to take at least one SafeSport course.

This is FREE after completing a USA Softball background check.

Concussion Training

All parents that are on the field or in the dugout need to complete concussion training.

This is FREE through the CDC or NFHS.
